Cary’s quality of life reflects generations of thoughtful planning and community care. My priorities are to keep that quality of life within reach, protect the resources we share, and help every generation thrive—from young people building their future to seniors who want to remain connected and age in place.
Cary has long been recognized among the safest large cities in the country. Protecting that legacy takes continued attention to public safety, timely emergency response, safer streets, and the everyday concerns residents share. A safe community is the foundation for every priority below.

Plan early and care for what we already have. Protect Cary’s natural environment, explore clean energy such as solar panels, maintain reliable infrastructure, and improve transportation choices for today’s residents and future generations.
Build a welcoming, safe, and connected Cary where every generation belongs. Support places and programs that bring neighbors together, give young people opportunities to lead, and help seniors stay active and involved.
For District C, my focus is on the needs of our established neighborhoods: maintaining infrastructure, improving stormwater systems and transportation connections, and considering thoughtful redevelopment where it serves residents. Reinvestment should respect neighborhood character, preserve affordability, and respond to the people who live here.
These three priorities share the Community Plan’s long-term direction. Housing, infrastructure, transportation, and safety connect across them. Individual proposals still need their own review.
Cary has been home to my family for more than a decade. As your District C representative on the Cary Town Council, I bring my experience in small business and community service to listening, planning ahead, and putting people first.
I serve on the North Carolina Arts Council Board and co-founded the NC Asian Americans Alliance and the Margin of Victory Empowerment Foundation. I care deeply about connecting communities, encouraging young leaders, and creating opportunities for every generation.
